iPad not showing as signed in on Google security checkup

I recently got an IPad and when I was doing a security check on my Google account it showed I had three devices signed in - the IPad, my IPhone and Mac. I didn’t recognize the Mac so I deleted or signed off on it. Now I am signed in on both my iPhone and iPad but the only thing showing up as a device is the iPhone. How can I correct this? And would a Mac show up in connection with a new IPad? Or was I hacked? Thank you.
