Carplay connection
I made carplay enable in screen time but I can’t see carplay on my phone.
You will have to connect to CarPlay first in a car. Once it is connected to a car's CarPlay then it will begin to appear in settings.

CarPlay is in Settings ➔ General ➔ CarPlay.
It has not appeared on your iPhone because you may not have successfully connected to a car's CarPlay system. Once you do and use CarPlay for the first time then it will appear in Settings.
