As part of a promotional offer on an order, I am receiving a pair of airpods with a personalized engraving on the casing. This order was placed last night and has already been shipped according to the website, which means it can't be edited . Since it is a personalized order (engraving), is it possible to return it? I tried to find out on the website, but haven't been able to.
