Closing apps

Is it okay to swipe all the apps up on the iPhone ? I have an iPhone 11 and I just found out that if you close all the apps that it could lead to less battery life and it can cause the battery to degrade. Is this true ?

Yes, it is true. Unless an App is having issues, there is no reason to “force close” it.
