Messages activation unsuccessful

hello there :)

iPhone 8 won’t receive any messages at all, on the settings menu appears a notification that says activation unsuccessful.

in the smaller menu of send and receive messages will just keep verifying phone number.

same issue with FaceTime.

I have tried to reset and update

I really need this feature for like forgetting a password or sending money I really don’t know what else to do!!
