iOS 15 recognizing an unknown mobile network

After updating my iphone to version ios 15, my iphone no longer knows the mobile network of the local operator and is recognizing an unknown mobile network "Movistar". Please help resolve this. I'm from Angola and should recognize the Movicel network.

As you haven't mentioned already trying this, Apple's iPhone User Guide says: "If your iPhone isn’t working right, try restarting it.":

Restart iPhone

evandro ~ Are you using a VPN app?...

Check VPN (Virtual Private Network) and third-party software to help resolve network connectivity issues - Apple Support
