When I try to install the iOS 15 update it says remind me later or retry,I have tried almost everything to get it.What would you suggest I do??

You need to be connected to WiFi or a computer with iTunes to do the upgrade.

I have the same issue and yes I am connected to wifi, have reset the router, the phone, rest network settings and downloaded and removed the update several times with no luck
