Cannot send emails on iPhone from Mail

I cannot send emails on iPhone from Mail. I can receive mails and mail on iCloud works fine both ways. Also there are no issues on my MacBook.

I have done the actions listed in Apple’s support and in existing threads on the topic, to no avail.

See screenshot, it is in Swedish but I assume you get the gist of it. I am on iOS 15 but issue was present before upgrading from 14.8

Being able to send email is just as important as being able to send it, and we'd like to help. Let's start with confirming our understanding of what's happening:

You mentioned that you had no issues sending and receiving email with your iCloud account on your iPhone, but from which company is the email account with the issue?
As we troubleshoot in English over Twitter, we aren't able to tell what is being shown in your screenshot. What exactly does it show when trying to send an email from the affected account?
You also mentioned that you've tried several steps, but we're unaware of which ones you tried exactly. To confirm, are these the steps you tried already? Check out: If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
