iCloud Outbox disappeared?

Hello! I searched for related questions and on Google, and can't seem to find my case.

Most people say "the outbox exists only when you have unsent email". But isn't unsent email a Draft?

Anyway, I tried sending an email and cutting off the network; the email is effectively not sent (cannot find it on Drafts nor sent) however, I cannot find it anywhere! (I also clicked "edit" and checked the available mailboxes)

No Outbox folder no nothing.

I've done the reset, the app restart and all... seems more like an issue with iCloud service?

Does the Outbox even exist anymore?
