Battery lasts for short duration

My iPhone battery drains very quickly despite the fact that it’s battery health is 100%. I have to charge it twice a day. I bought it few months back and it’s a new model. Can somebody help me figure out what’s the matter?

Hi gurneet806,

Welcome to the Apple Community,

where some of us do the best we can to help each other troubleshoot.

Wondering which iPhone you have, and which iOS is installed on it.

You could check which of the apps you use are using up the battery power.

Monitor the iPhone battery level

(eg: scroll to: "View your battery usage information")

Apple support have other articles online that may be helpful.

About charging the battery

Eg: You can scroll to "Turn on Low Power Mode"

Or

Would upgrading the iOS help ?

(Allow a day or two after upgrade, before you would notice if it helped.)

Hope there is something here that solves the situation.

All the best :-)
