can i backup my HP pc to icloud?

I have an HP laptop and am trying to setup my backup to icloud but don't see icloud in my settings although it does appear on my laptop down on the lower right hand of my screen. I have never setup a backup personally but had someone do it for me originally as I'm not that great on computers but still learning. My icloud is active and has documents and pictures, I just need to be sure it is backing up to icloud. It says desktop below but it is actually a laptop if that matters...

I want to setup my backup to go straight to icloud but cannot figure out how to do it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
