Yes. iCloud+ is the same thing, just renamed with a couple of minor extra facilities.
Here's some reading material for you:
Upgrade to iCloud+ - Apple Support
About iCloud Private Relay - Apple Support
What is Hide My Email? - Apple Support
Use Custom Email Domain with iCloud Mail - Apple Support
and Set up security cameras in Home on iPhone - Apple Support which says:
If you subscribe to iCloud+, you can view the last 10 days of activity from one to an unlimited number of HomeKit Secure Video cameras. The 50 GB iCloud+ plan supports a single camera, the 200 GB iCloud+ plan supports up to five cameras, and the 2 TB iCloud+ plan supports an unlimited number of cameras.
Note: Video content doesn’t count against your iCloud storage limit.
How do I actually “enable” and “use” those extra facilities? I got the same email letting me know I had been upgraded to iCloud+, but when I click on the links, it takes me to Apple Support to “Learn more” about the features, but no information on how to actually enable and use the features.
