I have opted for one year free trial for an apple tv but I have charged for rs 299 before an year completed. This is very disappointing

The offer is for Apple TV+. If you subscribe to Apple TV+, then all the Apple TV+ content is available to you without further charges. However, other content in the Apple TV app is not included in that subscription, and will have to be paid for separately.

The price for an Apple TV+ subscription is ₹99 per month. So ₹299 would be for something else.
