Same here… Wi-Fi terrible
connection shows there is a connection and speed test show there’s no issues however, safari, brave, duck duck go browsers can not connect. All the while my iPhone 11 max on Wi-Fi only connects to same router just fine. iPad functionality seems fine just no or very slow interrupted Wi-Fi.
“Not working” tells us nothing.
You need to give more details about your iPad issues.
Norton VPN was the problem. Disabled VPN and updated Norton. That fixed the problem.
