How can I opent the folder named my notes that in sent box in my mail? When I whanted to open it give me an error”you dont have permission to opent it”. But this folder was in my iphone yesterday and I could open it.

I updated my iOS today and the file I mentioned was not in my icloud drive and I forgot to back it up. Any attempt I made to restore that file did not work.
Before backing up, I sent the file to my email but it does not open now and it gives the error I mentioned above.

As the owner of the note if they stopped sharing the note.
The screen shot shows the owner may have stopped sharing the note. Have you asked the owner? Have you tried importing the note into the Notes app?
