i have a ipad sn is dm*******188 and it ia updated to a 10.3.4 but non of my apps will work with that like facebook and stuff like that how do i update it

Yes it is because I need it for my business and all I can do is look at stuff on browser and play games I am a business woman this is junk now wonder a lot of ppl don't like appl this thing is brand-new still in box and all and your telling me I can't use it
I can't even download Google chrome literally I cannot download anything so what you just make it to where it last 6-7 months until a new update comes up and then you can update it so they have no choice but to buy a new one so that you all scam
You cannot update older iPads. You will need to upgrade to a newer one.

So nother words this one is junk because you can't do anything because everything needs a iOS 11 or higher
Well no, it is not junk! You can still use it for emails, web browsing, keeping important backups and so on. However, its recommend you buy a new one! :)
Well, how can it be brand new? When did you by it? can you please provide some more details- iPad model etc? Fro what you are saying it looks like its a 7-8 year old I pad.
