Sling password not working on Apple TV since iOS 15 update

Apple TV does not accept password for Sling App but does on MacBook Pro M1 since IOS 15 install

Try this for any misbehaving app:

Force-quit the app, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, force-quit the app, restart the device, then relaunch and try again.
If the issue persists, delete the app, re-download and try again.
If the issue still persists, then contact the app developer for further assistance.

Tried that and password keychain settings asking for a verification code and unable to get one from either apple or sling when entering the password on the Apple TV. Password works fine with MacBook Pro. Probably something to do with the background updating to IOS15 still..I'm guessing. Apple Care can only suggest trying to change the password today of what I did yesterday.

Sling needed to and resolved this by sending me an email link that had to "update" the password" instead of the normal "reset your password" so it would work with the Apple TV again.
