I gave my nephew my iPhone 6+ sometime ago. Whenever he wants to download apps from the store , it keeps sending the codes to my own number even when he is staying in Guinea. He is here with me in Freetown. How do I remove my number and give him total access to the phone. Please help.
If you perform all the steps in the procedure linked below, your nephew will have a “new” iPhone just like it was when it first came out of it’s box several years ago.
He’ll be prompted to go thru the entire setup process.
Note too that he NEEDS to setup his own AppleID; he should NOT share use your account.

Note that as it’s an older device, it only supports iOS up to Ver 12.5.4.
(More and more 3rd-party apps are requiring a more recent iOS version and will not install)
