How do I cancel my iCloud, I m paying $.99 a month, I don’t need it anymore. I followed instructions on how to cancel a subscription. I didn’t have the option for the iCloud

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207594
