Only the person who was sent the verification email can verify the address.

Trying to setup a custom domain. I have added the domain. Added two email addresses. Received the verification emails. When I click on the link to verify that this is a valid request, I get a message in iCloud stating: Only the person who was sent the verification email can verify the address. This only happens for one address though.
