How can I back up my phone? I

tunes is not on my MacBook.

If you're using Catalina or later, iTunes was replaced by Finder for that job What happened to iTunes? - Apple Support

I also advise you to use a computer method, not only the iCloud one, so you'll have a full backup with things that iCloud doesn't save.
