Hi! I have 2 iPad minis (version 2 and version 5) and suddenly today, neither will charge. I tried different cords, different sockets, different adapters, resetting, and even updating the software, but nothing has worked so far. Anybody have this problem? I know there's usually a software issue when new phones come out, but this is extreme. Can anyone help? Thanks!!!

UPDATE: Apparently, it was the cable after all. I tried a third cable, and that worked. So it looks like my old cable finally broke apart, and the new one I bought today was a dud. Thanks for the help, y'all!!!

Thank you so much for the reply! I tried everything here, and it still isn't working. I even bought a new lightning cable today to make sure. I don't know; maybe I need to bring it into the store and see what they say.
