I’m able to pair my new Apple Watch with my iPhone 12 but the connection fails, even after resetting my iPhone

I’m having trouble connecting my iPhone 12 mini to my new Apple Watch, even after successful pairing and multiple attempts through the connection process (even tried after resetting my iPhone)

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14
