I have an iPhone SE (2020) running iOS 15.0. Ever since the update, i can no longer see the amount of storage being used in settings, however I can still see the apps in order and how much storage each one is occupying. I suspect this is a settings bug, the reason being that when I enter Spotify’s (or any other app with a storage section) storage section, I can see the total amount of storage being used.

Since noticing the issue, have you tried to restart your iPhone? Restart your iPhone
Do you have access to a computer with iTunes or Finder? If so have you connected your device to check if the storage bar appears to be the same? How to check the storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
