Trust settings for Certificate mediarouter.home

The certificate mediarouter.home not trusted comes out occasionally, and I could not find any option to change the trusting settings even though I've checked in Setting- General - about - certificate.

p.s.:This happens on all my devices, including my iPad2020, my MacBook Pro M1, my iPhone12mini, and my iPhone8.
