Can I get the number back I just erased a few days ago

If this is a phone number removed from the recently calls list then it is gone forever. You should call your carrier for that information.

If you deleted a contact then you can recover it if you had that contact in a backup file on iCloud or your computer. If you do not have a backup then you will not be able to recover anything.
