Need to add a new iPod touch. Please help
I need to add a brand new iPod Touch and to be able to sync it with my computer. I don't know what to do.

The iPod syncs with iTunes, rather than "with the computer". Have you installed iTunes onto your computer?
If not, go to this page; iTunes - Apple (UK) (you may get diverted to your own country) and either download the version from the Microsoft Store (using the Get it from Microsoft button) or directly from Apple by scrolling down beneath the picture, finding the heading Looking for other versions? and clicking on the "Windows" text.
If the link above doesn't work, try this one: Download and use iTunes for Windows - Apple Support (the first link is easier to use).
Once you install iTunes, you can add any music already on your computer to iTunes. Once you've done that, you can Sync the iPod with iTunes. (You don't need to "add" the iPod to anything.)
