Is it possible to install custom watch faces on Apple Watch series 3? I am about, for example, watch face similar to the one widely used on advertising of Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro - Nebula with constellations in lower part of the screen.

no, you can only choose from the faces in the iphones watch apps face gallery
