iTunes and my 39,98 USD.

Good day! I was charged $ 39.98, it is not clear why, I did not order any services, I wanted to pay 1 USD for iCloud, but I was charged $ 39.98 ... Help me figure out what the money was withdrawn for. Possibly withdrawn from the 2nd account. Help me please !

Did you really get a charge for $39.98, or was it just an email? First determine if it is a real charge on your account, or just a scam phishing message trying to scare you. Phishing messages falsely claiming that you have a big charge from Apple are unfortunately very common.

Identify legitimate emails from the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support


But if it is a real charge on your account, follow the steps in here:

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
