How to schedule a data transfer appointment?
Hello, all. This is probably the most basic question that has ever been posted, so sorry in advance - I just purchased my first ever Mac today and am still getting used to the Apple website!
I have One-to-One and would like to make an appointment to go in to my local Apple Store with my old PC laptop and my new Mac so that they can help me move all my documents/photos/music to my new computer. On the Apple website, how do I make such an appointment? I have logged in to One-to-One and was looking for some way to schedule such an appointment, but the only options I see are making a reservation for genius bar, workshops, personal shopping, and business consultation. Does transferring documents count as a genius bar appointment? If not, where do I go to sign up?
