How to view past (=closed) notifications in BigSur?

This article describe how to use notifications on your Mac.

Great, but unfortunately it seems to only be right for Catalina.

What about it on Big Sur? As notifications seems to be graphically rearranged (simplified??), no more button "Notification" available in Big Sur, only widgets.

At the end seems that when you close a notification in Big Sur, it won't be a way to at least read ithem later, for example in the next days. Instead in Catalina, under "Notification", OS show "2 days ago", "4 days ago".... and so on, and this let you go through past notifications that the OS displayed to you.

How to get the same in Big Sur (and I figure out also in Monterey) ??

Many thx

MacBook Air (2020 or later)
