my little sister played with my apple watch she locked it now i have to reset it but i dont have my old phone nor do i have it paired with my current phone, what do i do

From a web browser,sign in to iCloud.com with your Apple ID.
Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then;

Go to Find iPhone.
Click All Devices at the top of the screen.
Click your Apple Watch.
Click Erase [device]. Select Next until the device is erased.
Click Remove from Account.
Then;
my apple watch needs a reset i dont have my old phone and i cant get in it with out a reset
