Is it safe to keep MacBook Air M1 in sleep mode during flight and security checks?

I forgot to shut down my MacBook Air m1 during flight and security check and now i'm really concerned about it incurring some internal damage(if any). Kindly help.

Hi,

I think you should turn off your MacBook Air while you don't use it on the plane. It would be safe and good for battery.
