After installing IOS15 my phone no longer shows my list of passwords, but my IPad does. How do I get my IPhone to show my password list?

Oh crap!!!! I just turned my phone off and then back on, and my list is now showing!!
Do you have a passcode on your phone, 2 factor authentication on your Apple ID, and Keychain enabled in Settings/[your name]/iCloud?
Lol, the first thing I always tell someone else is to turn off/on. I should follow my own advice!! Thanks for your time!

You don’t see it when you go to Settings/Passwords? I don’t have iOS 15 yet, so I can’t check.
