Iphone 13 pro max

Hi i pre ordered an iphone 13 pro max on 17 of September they asked me to come and collect at apple store on 25th of September but now I haven’t received any kind of information regarding to my order i even don't know my order number and they don’t even showing me in my order list what should i do now i have to pick up tomorrow

You could try to contact them directly and ask or call apple support.
