Incompatible apps everywhere can’t install or find facebook lite, can you guide me and also tell me if whatsapp support is ending November for iphone 5s on 12.5.5? Thank you

This could change in the future. As Whatsapp is a third-party app, you might want to consider their own support team for assistance on this matter.
As your iPhone 5S is unable to upgrade past iOS 12.x, with the latest version being iOS 12.5.5 as you mentioned, you may want to consider upgrading your device in the near future to be able to keep using your apps and enjoy the features of a newer device and iOS 15 which you are unable to get right now.
