I bought a used 2011 iMac 21.5", it has no OS and boots into the installer. It will not install Mountain Lion once I input my Apple ID as the computer is associated with the original owners Apple ID. What can I do to get MacOS installed?
Contact the original owner and have them prepare the Mac properly.
