Visited today dubai mall for i phone order situation was horrible staff was not ready to accomodate or even give solution. Can any one suggest how we can book iphone self pick online bcoz staff even dont want to talk to let us know how to order.

Go here, https://www.apple.com/iphone/, and click on the iPhone of your choice. If you select “iPhone 13”, then select “buy” and you can chose iPhone 13, or the iPhone 13 mini.

if you select “iPhone 13 pro”, then press “buy”, you can pick between “iPhone 13 pro, or iPhone 13 pro max”,
