Can I upgrade my apple watch, so i Will get GPS + cellular? the watch only has GPS now! someone who can help?

Those features are fixed at the time you bought the watch and cannot be upgraded (or downgraded). Sorry. If you really want that feature you will have to trade-in your watch.
