I have just received my iPhone 13 and looking to get 3 months of Apple TV. It doesn't appear to give me the option

If you have had an extended free trial of Apple TV+ before, then you wouldn’t be eligible for a new offer.
If you are a current or previous subscriber, then the redeem procedure wouldn’t show a redeem button for your account.
