Trade off 12 Pro to Iphone 13 mini

Hi. Can I trade in/off my Iphone 12 Pro even though I still owe the remaining installments every months? It has been 7 months since I have had the phone and would like to exchange it to get Iphone 13 mini.

Yes, but you'll still have to keep making the payments on the iPhone 12 Pro.
