The icons in my folders are WAY too small, I tried the zoom display from standard to zoom and nothing happens, and visa versa. I tried messing with font size to see if that was the issue as I like my font bigger, so went smaller, nothing happens. Not sure if this is ironic or not, but it seemed to happen when I upgraded to the 15 iOS. If anyone can suggest anything else I could do, I'd appreciate it!

Force Restart your iPhone and try Zoomed View again in Settings > Display & Brightness
Once your phone reboots, you'll have to enter your Passcode to get back in.

Sorry I couldn't offer more help. You are, to my knowledge, the only person I've seen post not being able to use the larger folder icons on iPhone 13. That is why I'd take advantage of the free 90 day phone support and reach out to Apple. If you bought AppleCare+ you have two years of unlimited tech support.

It works fine on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and 13 Pro. They can't come out with a fix it it's not a universal issue. It's a brand new phone. Call Apple Support and let them help you troubleshoot. If in the US: 800-MY-APPLE
It would be better if you can please re-post with a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better. Images/pictures speak louder than words.
Please understand this is a public forum: While attaching a Screenshot, do not provide any personal credentials, such as Card detail, email id, apple id, IMEI number, Serial Number, Phone number, Order ID, if you are sharing a map ensure your location is not identifiable, etc.
(This screenshot is inaccurate, as inserting the image here I can see them but I can barely see them on my phone) On my 11 Pro Max they were never this tiny, I could actually see the what the icons were, now I have to lift the phone to my face, mind you I do wear glasses and had no problem identifying the icons before on the 11 Pro max
