Have App Library categories changed in iOS 15?

Just got my new iPhone and looks like the categories in the App Library have changed. I used to have a ’fitness’ folder but now all those apps are just showing in the ‘other’ folder along with about a hundred other apps. What’s going on?!

Anyone else have this issue?

Thanks

Why the Issue?:

There is an error connection to Apple's servers.

To Check for Updates:

Use a Computer and Ethernet:

Start with attempting an update through use of a computer. If you cannot use Wi-Fi, then use Ethernet.  Go Here: Update your iPhone Using a Computer - User Tip. On the computer, you would connect it through Ethernet, going directly into your router. For a Mac (or PC) that does not have Ethernet, this would be the adapter to use: Belkin USB-C to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter - Apple

Clearing Internal Space:

C. Clear "Other":

Clear the storages named "Other". It basically contains unnecessary files such as caches that are used for system ease of use - all of which gather over time: How to Clear "Other" in your iPhone's Storage - Use Backup - User Tips.
