Shortcuts not working properly after iOS 15 update

First of all when I go to the shortcuts app and click on any shortcut I made it doesn't work after upgrading to iOS 15 while it used to work before the update even though that it works when you ask Siri to run it.

The second confusing thing is the so called "Automation" tab inside shortcuts, this is supposed to be a smart phone that provides a smart technology. In my case I made a shortcut that turns on/off my smart light according to location, whenever my location changes it doesn't work before it asks me do you want to run it?

I want it to work without asking, it doesn't give me the option to run without asking and because the shortcuts don't work when clicking them as mentioned in the previous point it doesn't even work when I click run.

One more thing is my TV is connected with smart device that works with google assistant so I made a shortcut to turn on/off my TV, it also doesn't work when clicking it but does work when I ask Siri to do it. The bad thing is if the iPhone is locked Siri says you have to unlock your iPhone first!

I don't want to unlock my iPhone to perform some shortcuts as long as Siri is supposed to recognize my voice and even if someone else knew my secret spell that I made in shortcuts and turn off the TV or even the light it is not a big deal.

So kindly I ask that Apple should fix these things:

1. Shortcuts not working when clicking them in iOS 15.
2. Shortcuts based on location should work without asking.
3. Siri should run whatever I ask it to do without asking me to unlock my iPhone first.
