Impossible from Italy to reset security questions/answers.
If I go in the support page and try the flow to reset the security questions/answers (forgot), it says:
We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
If I follow the instructions contained in an other thread and go here https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204169 or here https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html, Italy has this block:
Italy
Every link redirects me in the same page to restart the flow and again: We do not have sufficient information to reset your security questions.
No real support there, no chat, no phones.
How is this possible? This is very frustrating!!
