My contact information is correct. When I purchase something or look at a particular Item the systems have me at the wrong zipcode. Where do I change the incorrect zipcode that determines where I’m shopping?

It is not a perfect science—
depending on your ISP and how you connect to the internet—location services does not always pin point your exact location.
Allow apps to detect the location of your Mac - Apple Support
Show your current location in Maps on Mac - Apple Support
It will probably be easiest if you simply move to the zip code that is causing the problem.
This kind of answer I would expect on Facebook. Not helpful.
