I need to speak with support, it won't let me get through until the correct serial number is unopened but I have given the correct serial number

The Serial Number on the computer is normally on the Bottom near the hinge where the base ( computer ) connects to Display ( screen ). It is usually in very tiny lettering. That or on the Original Apple Box it came in.
Further, log into https://appleid.apple.com/ with your Apple IS and Password and the device is associated with your account - it will show the device and Serial Number.
