Refund (Facetune 2)
I left a request for a refund. and then I received an answer that the money was returned back to the card from which it was debited. but I dont got them. Who can help me with this issue?

Some times it can take a while. Follow the steps in here:
Check the status of a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support
