I’m trying to get a refund and it says “no Receipt on this purchase” buuttt shows up under the refund part. I’m confused.
I’m trying to get a refund on an app subscription that was an accident and when I click on the purchase at the refund section it says no Receipt with purchase and won’t allow me a refund. But shows coming out of my bank acc and shows in the refund option place too. HELP!
