I can't log into my account AppleID

I had an old account, and I could not link the card to it and created a new one, but the old one remained on the watch and I wanted to change the account on the watch and reset it to factory settings. There I was told to enter the data of the past account, but I do not remember the password and because of an incorrect entry, my entry was blocked, I cannot restore it via mail, because mail is the account apple id. also I do not remember the date of birth, because I did not enter it. Tell me what to do, I have a watch, a phone that was tied to it and there is a box from the clock.

To do anything involving the old account you will have to have access to it.
